Whether you're into renovation, interior design, house hunting or are just curious about the market then there will shortly be something for you.

Here's all the brand new TV property shows set to drop soon.

Perfect House, Secret Location

Steve Jones will host the show (Channel 4)

The Channel 4 property series will be fronted by Steve Jones.

Viewers will get to see the Welsh presenter road-test his unconventional approach to house hunting in a bid to transform people's lives.

Perfect House, Secret Location will see Steve take prospective buyers to a range of dream properties, only there's a major twist – they have absolutely no idea where any of them are.

The clever premise, which has presumably been made even more possible due to more of us working from home, will follow a family who are keen to move to their dream home but can't agree on location.

After establishing their house wish-list they then view and judge a range of properties they might never have considered before without knowing where they are.

Steve said: "I love a property show and I'm honoured to have been asked to present such an exciting and original format in Perfect House, Secret Location. I can't wait to guide our families on their magical mystery tours."

Perfect House, Secret Location launches Thursday, March 17 at 8pm on Channel 4 and will run for four weeks.

The Great Home Transformation

It was recently announced that Emma Willis and Nick Grimshaw would host a brand new home transformation show.

Airing on Channel 4 in spring, The Great Home Transformation will see the television host and radio presenter take interiors intelligence to the next level by transforming family homes across the country in just three days.

The six-part series from BBC Studios in partnership with Ikea, gives families living in houses and flats that are working against them, a home that instead functions well for them; delivered straight to their doorstep by a revolutionary truck.

Teasing the new series on her social media accounts, Emma said: "This Spring we will be transforming family homes across the country in just three days, with the help of a revolutionary truck, specialist technology and interior design intelligence.

"Isn't that right @grimmers?! The #GreatHomeTransformation is coming soon to @Channel4."

Wales' Home of the Year

Wales' Home of the Year will be hosted by Owain Wyn Evans (Owain Wyn Evans)

BBC Cymru Wales is launching a brand new property programme called Wales' Home of the Year, with presenter Owain Wyn Evans leading the search for outstanding homes from across Wales.

Currently, the programme is looking for homes of all types from all over Wales to apply to take part in the new six-part series which will begin filming in April and broadcast on BBC One Wales later this year. Find out how you can apply here.

Joining Owain on the judging panel will be experienced interior designer, business owner and presenter Mandy Watkins from Anglesey, and director of multi award-winning architectural design practice Glen Thomas from Cardiff.

The BBC said: "Whether it's a terraced house, bungalow, castle, a country cottage or contemporary flat, a city dwelling or somewhere by the sea the filmmakers are looking for homes which embody design, style or amazing architecture. "

Owain Wyn Evans said: "I'm delighted to be one of the judges on Wales' Home of the Year – it's my dream job! I've loved transforming houses into homes over the years, and can't wait to feel that same sense of love in these gorgeous Welsh properties.

"The concept of 'home' isn't something you can touch or hold, but it is something you can feel. I'll be looking for individual style, something which reveals the owner's personality, and a strong sense of hiraeth."

Worst House on the Street

Channel 4 has commissioned a brand-new features series, Worst House on the Street.

Produced out of South Shore's Cardiff production office, the new series, which will consist of six hour-long episodes, follows brother and sister property developers Scarlette and Stuart Douglas using their creative expertise to help families transform run-down houses into dream homes without blowing the bank.

Scarlette and Stuart said: "Over many years, we have honed the skill of redeveloping properties whilst extracting the most value from the finances available.

"As brother and sister, our candid and honest relationship has helped us refine our process to achieve the best results. Together we have redesigned and renovated numerous properties, transforming them from uninspiring bricks and mortar to desirable and profitable homes."

And those returning for a new series...

And if you can't wait for the above to launch then there's definitely some property programmes you can sink your teeth into in the meantime.

Clean It, Fix It with Tommy Walsh, Maxine Dwyer and Asher Edwards returned on March 8 for a second series.

The show, which sees the trio help households reclaim their space, is now on BBC One primetime.

While Interior Design Masters, with host Alan Carr, returns to BBC One for its third series on Wednesday, March 9.

It sees talented designers go head-to-head for one life changing contract.
