Both of the candidates running in the November 8, 2022, general election for Franklin County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Ohio — Jessica Barwell and Julie Lynch — completed Ballotpedia’s Candidate Connection survey. According to the Franklin County Courts website, the Court of Common Pleas General Division has “original jurisdictional authority over all felony cases and all civil cases in which the sum or matter in dispute exceeds $15,000.”
