You can equip up to 3 cosmetics at once in Anime Apocalypse. Go to items (press R on PC) to open your inventory and go to the Cosmetics section to equip the Cosmetic you want.
Head of Hei Outfit and Battle Suit are the two best Cosmetics in the current meta. These offer the best all-around stat buffs for now. If you want more health, go for Battle Suit. Choose Head of Hei Outfit if you’re looking for a massive damage boost.
The Inverted Spear is a crafting material that you can get as a drop from the Shibuya Map. You can play the map in any gamemode to get Inverted Spear.
