You need 5 Alien Batteries to repair the Command Ship in 99 Nights in the Forest, though only 4 are required to collect, since one is attached by default. Use the Alien Battery Scanner beside the broken ship to reveal 5 nearby battery locations on your map temporarily. Batteries can be found at Alien Sites, Alien Outposts, Alien Ponds, Alien Drops, and Alien Scanners scattered across the map.
