BHUBANESWAR: For the first time since he became the chief minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik asked his entire council of ministers to resign ahead of Sunday’s major reshuffle in the run-up to the simultaneous Lok Sabha and assembly elections in the state in 2024.
All the 20 ministers in Naveen’s council — 11 cabinet and nine ministers of state —as well as assembly speaker SN Patro were asked to step down.
