Celtic star Alistair Johnston insists it was a special moment to move 12 points at the top of the Premiership table at the weekend.
But the grinning Canadian cheekily admitted it was especially sweet when it came against "them".
Celtic defeated Rangers 3-2 on Saturday thanks to a brace from Kyogo and a tap-in by Jota.
Ange Postecoglou's side were made to work for it, as James Tavernier netted a double of his own for the Ibrox club.
However, the Hoops held on to take one massive stride towards retaining their Premiership crown.
Johnston played a big part in the game, impressing with his one-on-one defending up against Ryan Kent.
He picked up the man of the match in the game and spoke in the hospitality suite at Parkhead following the derby clash.
And he played to the crowd as he cheekily aimed a pop at Celtic's arch-Glasgow rivals, by refusing to name them.
In footage shared online, Johnston said: "We always make it difficult on ourselves, don't we? But at the same time, it's three points.
"The support was unbelievable, you guys willed us across that line, so that was really important. To go 12 points clear was really special - especially against them!"
Johnston was then asked if he was excited for the next derby in the Scottish Cup semi-finals at Hampden.
HE responded: "That's the plan isn't it? Back to Hampden, we're excited for that.
"We're just building on it week in, week out, and we just know that if we play our football and stick to what we do, no one can touch us. That's a really nice feeling."
