This Morning's Alison Hammond was mistakenly charged £10,000 for using a service.
Today's conversation focused on a passenger who was charged £35,000 for an Uber trip. Gyles Brandreth and Carol Vorderman were on hand to share their shock but Alison admitted she had first-hand experience with similar trouble.
The presenter did not mention the company's name as her son, Aidan, is currently employed there but began recalling when she too was charged thousands of pounds. She said: "I paid for the service and didn't know until they called me."

"They charged me £10,000 for the service. They noticed a month later and phoned me up and said 'We've overcharged you.' It was £1,000 but they charged me £10,000."
Carol and Gyles gasped at the news before asking how she didn't notice such a large amount leave her account. Alison added: "But it's nice that they phoned me back. There are lots of good people in the world."
