Alison Hammond was worlds away from her usual bubbly persona as she transformed into a therapist in Stormzy’s new music video.
The This Morning presenter, 48, appears in the video for the rapper’s new track Toxic Trait, featuring rapper Fredo, clad in a black blazer over a black top paired with a leather skirt.
In the video released on Thursday (June 22), a serious-looking Hammond is seen sitting opposite from Fredo with a notebook and a pen in hand as they begin a therapy session.
She asked the 29-year-old musician: “I want you to tell me what your toxic traits are?”
To which, he answered: “Listen I’ve just got too many man, I don’t even know where to start.”
Before the track, which is co-produced by Dave, resumed, Hammond replied: “Well just start at the beginning.”

After the video was released, many fans rushed to social media to share their pleasant surprise to see the Big Brother icon star in Stormzy’s latest project.
One commented on Twitter: “Alison Hammond in Stormzy & Fredo’s new music video? Happy Thursday!”
“Ok Alison Hammond is in the new Stormzy x Fredo video and at this point in the week after everything so far, I’m officially overstimulated.. too much too much,” another wrote.
A third added: “Seeing Alison Hammond in Stormzy’s new music vid threw me off guard. Love this from him and Fredo though”.
“Alison Hammond in Stormzy’s new music video … yeah she’s my favourite British hun for life,” another declared.
Discussing the video, director Femi Ladi said: “After listening to the lyrics, I wanted to have fun with this video. I liked the idea of bringing a Renaissance-style painting to life, while still feeling grounded in the world of Stormzy.
“We collaborated on all the scenarios together which was great – as well as being able to bring in the likes of Fredo and Alison Hammond for their own toxic therapy sessions!”
The TV star’s music video debut comes as reports claim that ITV want to “lock in” a new deal with her following Phillip Schofield’s departure and are looking at game show projects for her.
An insider said: “ITV bosses want to cut a new deal with Alison. They are seriously worried about Holly talking to the BBC and fear she could be next.
“She is incredibly popular and is perceived as very honest – which is worth a lot following Phillip’s admission that he lied to everyone.”
The source told the Mirror: “They want to lock her in, and there has even been talk of a golden handcuffs deal solely for entertainment shows with ITV.”
