Alison Hammond left her fans stunned as she made a very unexpected career move.
The much loved TV presenter caught fans "off guard" as she made a cameo in Stormzy's new music video.
She starred alongside the award-winning grime star as a therapist for his new track with rapper Fredo, Shut Up.
The This Morning host sat on a sofa and gave a therapy session in the promo clip for the music video.
Alison, 48, asked: “I want you to tell me what your toxic traits are.”
Whilst Fredo, who features on the track, replied: “Listen I’ve just got too many man I don’t even know where to start.”
“Well just start at the beginning," the Big Brother star quipped.
The short video sent fans into a frenzy as one said: " Alison hammond in stormzy & fredo’s new music video?? happy thursday ! x."
"Having @AlisonHammond in a Stormzy & Fredo vid is hilarious," added another.
Someone else commented: "alison hammond in stormzy’s new music video … yeah she’s my favourite british hun for life x," whilst another said: "Seeing Alison Hammond in Stormzy’s new music vid threw me off guard. Love this from him and Fredo though."

Taking to her own Instagram, Alison shared a selfie of her with the Vossi Bop hitmaker.
Fans gushed over the pair as one said: "Alison you n Stormzy look Beautiful together," as another echoed: "Fantastic pic you look absolutely beautiful good looking both of you together."
Loose Women's Ruth Langsford also commented: "You make a lovely couple!"
It's not the first time Alison has teamed up with Stormzy as they pair both attended Burberry British Diversity Awards back in March where they battled it out in the same category.
Earlier this month, Alison told her This Morning viewers her life isn't perfect in a emotional message on the ITV show.
The bubbly Brummie candidly opened up when a caller confessed she felt "judged" because of her appearance.
With tears in her eyes, Alison said: "I have insecurities as well. I feel how you feel. It's not all perfect - what you see on the TV.
"I don't like taking my jackets off. But honestly, in life, you've got to enjoy your life. Before you know it, we're not here. So you've really got to enjoy your life.
"I go to the gym sometimes and I don't want to go to the gym [because] people are staring at me, but everyone's going to stare and then they're going to worry about what's happening with them. You just live your life babes. Enjoy it to the fullest."
