Bubbly Brummie Alison Hammond is known for her happy-go-lucky nature and so it seemed odd when she was accused of 'clashing' with another celeb.
The This Morning host, 46, is said to have had a bit of set-to with Happy Monday's star Shaun Ryder off-camera on Dancing On Ice.
According to reports Alison went up to the 59-year-old, who was there supporting his bandmate Bez, and and told him: "I never liked you! From the first minute I met you and spoke to you I never liked you."
In response, Shaun bluntly told her: "I know!" reports the Daily Star.
The Mirror has contacted Alison's reps for comment.
Shaun previously admitted Alison's personality was hard to deal with following her late arrival to the Australian jungle during the tenth series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, which they were both in.
Appearing in the Bush Telegraph, the spent singer complained: "Oh more f**king people in the camp. And a loud person and a cheery person as well."
Despite the pair's history, the alleged exchange on Dancing On Ice seemed out of character for the mum-of-one, who shot to fame on Big Brother with her down-to-earth charm.
However it's not the first time Alison has been accused of ruffling a few feathers.
Last year, she found herself facing some damning criticism after she tweeted: “Genuine question!! If all the old and vulnerable have been vaccinated, why are we still in lockdown? Am I missing something?"
Alison was put in her place by This Morning doctor Dr Ranj, who replied to the post saying: "Lots of reasons - we need as many people to be vaccinated as possible for maximum protection."
Bizarrely the Brummie replied: "I totally forgot about the 2nd jab."
Alison's omission didn't go down well with fans with many taking to Twitter to share their disappointment.
One said: "Really disappointing seeing someone so prominent asking such a question if only the elderly and vulnerable were getting sick/dying the entire WORLD wouldn't be on lockdown."
However Alison immediately clapped back saying: "Ahh babes so sorry my tweet has stressed you out! maybe if you unfollow it may help with your stress levels."
The star also found herself under fire from This Morning viewers following a comment which some branded 'rude and insensitive'.
The Telegraph's Camilla Tominey and broadcaster Matthew Wright had joined Alison and Dermot O'Leary as they discussed the news that Prince Phillip had passed away.
However, Alison upset some viewers when she said: "we were expecting him to die", during the show's opening segment.
Her remark didn't go down well, with one fan tweeting: "Alison Hammond saying within the first minute ‘I know we were expecting him to die’. How incredibly rude and insensitive.
"Eamonn or Ruth would of handled this which the upmost professionalism.
"I’ve had to turn off. Simply terrible. Shame on you."
In October last year Alison also ended up annoying her co-host Dermot.
The pair were in the studio, but the presenter "forgot" she was live on air – leaving the former X Factor host open-mouthed.
After his segment, Dermot was confused as he was presenting the show solo.
He moaned: "Oh for God's sake."
She said: "Are we on the telly? Oh we should finish! That's so rude!"
In a candid interview Alison later opened up about clashing with trolls who make cruel comments about her weight, admitting that people get “really angry”.
But she hit back saying: “What do they expect us to do? Go and hide under a rock until we get to the size they want us to be? I know people who do. You could get hit by a bus tomorrow. I’m not going to stop my life.
“If people see me on TV and it’s upsetting them that much, then I think it says more about them than me.
"I just think, what’s wrong with you that I offend you so much?”
