Ali Wong has been honored with the award for best performance in stand-up comedy on television for her special, “Single Lady.” This recognition marks the second time the Globes has acknowledged an individual for their stand-up comedy performance on television, a category that was introduced last year alongside an award for cinematic and box office achievement in films.
Host Nikki Glaser was also a nominee at the event, showcasing the talent and diversity within the stand-up comedy industry. Wong's win highlights her exceptional comedic skills and ability to connect with audiences through her unique style and humor.
