Michael Beale has provided a Rangers contract update on Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent.
The pair were on the scoresheet tonight as the Light Blues defeated Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership at Rugby Park.
Both Kent and Morelos are out of contract in the summer and it remains to be seen if they will move on from Ibrox.
Updating on their situation, Beale said: "We are certaintly not resigned to them leaving. The schedule has been really heaving and we are finding a break in it to sit down and have a conversation.
"I get on with both boys really well. I've known Ryan longer but they have been excellent for me since I have came in and their commitment is shown by their goals and perfromances so lets focus on that for a minute.
"Then Ross and myself will talk to these boys. But they have to do what they want to do and give their opinion as well on where they see themselves. There is a lot to be discussed you might say."
Asked if there was any news on Morgan Whittaker or other ins and outs, Beale continued: "We are close to one or two bits. I don't want to put a timeline and disappoint anyone. We are close to one or two being announced in the coming days and I'm really pleased with the work everyone has done behind the scenes on that.
"You can see from my face I can't really tell you much more. In the meantime, the boys that are here are doing well and in the coming days we will have news for everyone."
On the win against Killie, Beale added: "Killie came right for us and we were slow out of the changing room starting the game. We told them what to expect and unfortunately we didn't heed that warning.
"Fortunately, we did grow in the game and afterwards, we scored a fantastic equaliser and in the second half we were excellent for long periods, getting ourselves 3-1 up and maybe should have taken more opportunities.
"Then we give away a silly free-kick and don't compete for the second ball. It's a great strike from the lad to be fair and it's the same old story in the last five minutes with heart in your mouth time. We need to get over that. The story tonight is coming here and getting three points.
"We had 120 tough minutes, mentally and physically at the weekend. This is a tough surface, I've not seen many good games of football on this surface from an aesthetic point of view. It was certainly not a beauty contest. I knew that and I think Kilmarnock put us under huge amounts of pressure in the way we play."
