A project which will see the B-listed Smollett Fountain in Alexandria restored and enhancements introduced is to commence in May.
The works - which will adjust the road layout to improve pedestrian and cyclist safety and better manage traffic flow - were trialled last year to give the community the opportunity to give feedback.
West Dunbartonshire Council say the amended plan for the permanent public realm improvements takes on comments received and implementation will begin on Monday, May 9.
