Alexandre Lacazette has admitted he is open to leaving Arsenal in the summer transfer window. Lacazette has endured a difficult campaign with Mikel Arteta's side, scoring just four Premier League goals this season.
The Frenchman is into the final three months of his contract at the Emirates Stadium, meaning he could leave the north London club on a free transfer at the end of the current campaign - something that also applies to fellow centre-forward Eddie Nketiah.
Now, the 30-year-old has claimed that he is in talks with a number of clubs, indicating that leaving the Gunners appears likely as things stand. Speaking to Canal Plus, he said: “I am in discussions with a lot of clubs. I am open."

The veteran frontman has been linked with a return to Ligue 1 outfit Lyon and he admitted that he is still in regular contact with the French side when quizzed on a potential return to the Groupama Stadium.
He added: “I have never cut contact with Lyon since I left. I try to return to the club once or twice a year to see the medical staff because we are really close. Lyon knows that I am free, they have come to the information.“
Les Gones have endured a frustrating 2021/22 campaign, sitting eighth in the current league standings with just six games left to play, although they did thrash Bordeaux 6-1 in Ligue 1 on Sunday.
“It’s a bit more complicated", Lacazette replied when asked If he would return to his former club even if they drop out of Europe. “I want to play in Europe, it’s been a long time since I played in the Champions League, I’m missing it. It’s a little more complicated, nothing is impossible in life, but it’s a little more complicated.”
