Newcastle United may have found their answer to Manchester City's Erling Haaland after the Norwegian has taken the Premier League by storm over the first seven games of the campaign.
Haaland has scored 11 goals so far this season, breaking all sorts of records, but one key statistic shows that Magpies ' record signing Alexander Isak is actually outperforming him.
Swedish forward Isak scored his second league goal in a Newcastle shirt at the weekend as he converted from the penalty spot to find the equaliser against Bournemouth in a 1-1 draw - his first goal in front of the St. James' Park crowd.

However, football research group CIES Football Observatory has found Isak has actually been outperforming City's star signing Haaland in the statistic of Impact Score.
The graphic shows Isak fourth in the world for Impact Score by shooter creators under the age of 25 with a score of 89 out of 100 - one point higher than Haaland who sits at 88.
Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka tops the list with a rating of 93 while Chelsea's Mason Mount sits in third with a rating of 91. Gunners captain Martin Odegaard is seventh with a rating of 86 and Leicester City's Harvey Barnes is ninth with a rating of 84.
