In a historic moment on Friday night, Alex Nedeljkovic of the Pittsburgh Penguins achieved a remarkable feat that no other goalie in NHL history had accomplished before. During the Penguins' 5-2 victory over the Buffalo Sabres, Nedeljkovic became the first goalie to score a goal and provide an assist in a single game.
Nedeljkovic, who has always admired the puck-handling skills of legendary goalies like Marty Turco and Martin Brodeur, showcased his own prowess in handling the puck throughout the game. His passion for playing the puck dates back to his childhood, where he learned valuable lessons from watching the best in the game.
