Leeds Rhinos forward Alex Mellor was stretchered from the field in the opening minutes of their clash with Catalans Dragons.
The forward appeared to suffered a neck injury in just the second set of the game, which forced medical professionals to bring on a stretcher for use.
Mellor was moving forward medics arrived and after a period of consultation, decided to lie him on his back.
He was treated for several minutes before being placed on a stretched and taken from the field.
Leeds fans sung 'there's only one Alex Mellor' as he left the field.

The Rhinos fell to a 10-4 defeat, their third straight ,loss of the season.
