Like many parents across the country, Alex Jones has taken some much needed time off from her presenting duties to spend the Easter holidays with her three children - five-year-old Teddy, three-year-old Kit and one-year-old Annie - and where better place to do so than to her "favourite" west Wales.
Posting a series of images and videos of her trip, from days on the beach at Newport, Pembrokeshire - the first of the year for her and her family - and the surrounding areas to wandering around in the countryside, Alex said she was "lucky enough" to be able to do this with friends and family.
Writing on Instagram, the 46-year-old One Show presenter from Ammanford captioned the sweet compilation: "Lucky enough to have a week with family and friends at our favourite place last week. The first beach days of the year. The children ran free and we all gulped down gallons of fresh air."

Famous friends and fans of the Welsh media personality were quick to comment on the snaps with her former BBC One co-host Matt Baker writing: "Lovely X".
One of her followers on the social media platform wrote: "The further west you go the more you chill.. every time Hwyl!xx" while another said: "This is exactly what I remember a Welsh childhood looks like so I'm trying to ensure the grandkids have the same experience."
"Newport & Parrog? Spent most weekends there as a child. Magical place xx" wrote another.
Having had a week off, Alex Jones revealed on her Instagram story on Tuesday, April 11 that she was back at work. Although her first day back - appearing on Virgin Radio with Chris Evans to talk about her latest show Reunion Hotel - was made a whole lot easier as she was joined by her eldest son, Teddy.
