Already the face of BBC One's flagship evening show The One Show and with her own fertility documentary on W Channel it can be hard to imagine how Welsh TV presenter Alex Jones has time for anything else. However, in an update Alex has announced she is joining another major BBC One show.
The Ammanford-born star is joining the BBC Saturday morning show Saturday Kitchen Live. Airing live every Saturday morning from 10am to 11.30am the Saturday morning chat show mixes cooking with celebrity interviews.
Saturday Kitchen Live is normally hosted by chef Matt Tebbutt, who grew up in south Wales and Matt has presented Saturday Kitchen Live since 2016. However as Matt is currently filming in Barbados Alex will be taking over hosting duties on Saturday, February 11.

Speaking on The One Show on Friday, February 10 Alex admitted she was "no expert in the kitchen". She said it was "madness" and said she would be helping with the cooking.
Alex has also been posting on Instagram about how excited she was to be presenting the show. She said: "On the way to rehearse a show I never EVER thought I'd host....I'm so excited!!!" The star also posted a sneak peek of the script.
On the show Alex will be chatting with special guests comedians Nish Kumar and Josh Widdicombe on Saturday Kitchen Live. Other guests and chefs include Raveneet Gill, Nathan Outlaws, and author of The Knackered Mother's Wine Guide Helen McGinn.
