Alex Jones gets 'abuse' from co-host as she steals Tommy Lee Royce's style for One show outfit

Alex Jones is known for her fantastic style nightly on The One Show and last night (January 23) the Ammanford presenter rocked a style that many found familiar. In the Monday evening show Alex was decked out in a cosy-but-smart electric blue jumper and mustard trousers.

But her co-host, former footballer Jermaine Jenas, teased the Welsh presenter about pinching former guest, James Norton's style. Norton, who portrays violent criminal Tommy Lee Royce on BBC hit Happy Valley, appeared on the green sofa last week in a similar outfit - complete with some giant neverending socks - perhaps they were the cycling socks he donned at the end of the most recent installment of the drama, which also stars Sarah Lancashire.

Jenas posted a cheeky Instagram story with Alex and James side-by-side and the Welsh host is enjoying the teasing making a face while enjoying a hot drink. Alex also shared the story on her own account saying 'I get so much abuse!'

The outfits are very similar and Alex hasn't shared where her clothes are from, the other evening she wore a gorgeous red and pink stripey mohair jumper from H&M, while back in the autumn fans were wowed at the 'jumpsuit of dreams' Alex wore. Posing for a mirror selfie in her dressing room at the time, Alex wrote to her 339k followers: "Cream corduroy jumpsuit of dreams." The jumpsuit is from Aspiga London, a sustainable and ethical fashion brand, and came in both cream and fuchsia.

Meanwhile, James was on the evening show to talk about what was coming up in Happy Valley and viewers saw him escape from court in the latest episode on Sunday night, January 22. Happy Valley has two episodes left, airing on Sunday, January 29 and Siunday, February 5. Fans already have their predictions how the series will end, while we've made the (extremely strong) case why the Sally Wainwright show is the best UK drama, ever - read that here.
