Wales winger Alex Cuthbert has been ruled out of the remaining Six Nations fixtures against Italy and France with a foot injury.
The Welsh Rugby Union announced that the 32-year-old back will play no further part on Monday morning, as Wales prepare to head to Rome this weekend looking to avoid their first wooden spoon in 20 years.
Cuthbert has featured off the bench twice so far in the Six Nations, in the defeats to Ireland and Scotland.
Wales head coach Warren Gatland will not be calling up a replacement, a WRU statement said.
After a number of players headed back to their regions or English clubs at the weekend, the Wales squad reconvened at their Vale HQ on Monday ahead of Saturday's round-four fixture in Rome.
