Alex Consani has become the first transgender woman to win Model of the Year at The Fashion Awards.

The 21-year-old influencer - who was the world's youngest transgender model at the age of 12 - received the top honour at the star-studded ceremony at London's Royal Albert Hall on Tuesday night (02.12.24).
