What really stands out, though, is their generous depth, which helps catch flying crumbs, spattering grease, and cooking juices for far easier cleanup after every meal.

If there is one task I dread more than any other, it is cleaning a kitchen after dinner. By the time I have cooked and eaten, all I want to do is sink into the sofa and stay there until bedtime. So, anything that makes this a reality sits high on my list of small kitchen must-haves.
