Aldi teases 2022 Christmas advert with an unexpected twist

Bargain retailer Aldi has shared a teaser of its Christmas advert for 2022 - and it has an unexpected ending.

The iconic Kevin the Carrot, who has been central to the retailer’s festive season for the past seven years, tries his hand at football in the latest advert. This year, the teaser advert plays homage to the iconic 1998 Nike World Cup Advert.

The 50 second ad sees Kevin joined by his wife Katie and kids Baby, Chantenay and Jasper in an airport. But will they all make the flight?
