Aldi Super 6 offers shoppers 99p bargains every two weeks - latest deals

As the cost-of-living continues to soar, Aldi has responded by continuing its commitment to their enormously popular Super 6 offers. It provides award-winning fresh produce at a bargain price to help ease the burden on households during an expensive time of the year.

On the Super 6 scheme, which was originally launched 13 years ago, Aldi says: "We've been voted FPC Fresh Produce Retailer for five years. We work with the best suppliers to stock every store with quality fruit and veg.

"We work hard to ensure our produce is of the freshest quality but if you are not 100 per cent happy with your purchase don’t worry - with our Fresh Guarantee just return the item and we'll refund you."

Super 6 deals see Aldi pick six of their favourite fruit and vegetables and offer them to customers at low prices, all at no extra cost to their suppliers. This happens every two weeks, so the produce on offer is continually changing both online and in-store. Currently, a 2.5kg bag of baking potatoes is 99p, six apples 95p, pears 89p, large vine tomatoes 99p, sweet pointed peppers 95p and blueberries £1.19 - full details on the exact products on offer are available here.

"From farming and fishing, to growing and baking, our Great British suppliers help us produce amazing food all year round so that we can offer up Great British quality every single day," Aldi says.

Aldi was named the cheapest supermarket to shop at in 2021, according to Which?, the consumer advice firm. Aldi was the least expensive for six of the monitored 12 months, while Lidl was the cheapest for five, including December 2021.

Consumers are now paying a record £571 more on average for their groceries than last year, which has seen Aldi become Britain's fourth largest supermarket for the first time as consumers look for cheaper shopping. In the summer, it was revealed Aldi's consistently low prices brought in 14.2 million customers over a three-month period.
