Aldi are set to excite loyal shoppers by bringing back its iconic supersized Jo Malone 'dupe' candles that cost over £300 less than the designer version just in time for Christmas.
The budget German supermarket chain is no stranger to stocking a variety of high-end designer branded swaps, with its own candle range being a regular sell-out amongst shoppers.
Available to pre-order now, the bestselling 2.5kg Hotel Collection Hurricane candles will officially land exclusively online for shoppers to snap up on Sunday, December 18.
Priced at just £24.99 each, Aldi's candles are infinitely cheaper than the luxury retailer's candles which are priced at a whopping £350 - meaning shoppers could save just over £325 with the budget version.
In time for any last-minute Christmas gifts, the epic sized candle 'dupes' are available in four different fragrances; Pomegranate, Almond & Macaroon, Velvety Rose and Lime & Basil.
And it's not just the price that has impressed shoppers, as Aldi's product description reads that it has a burn time up to 270 hours, compared to Jo Malone's 220 hours, meaning it is not only more affordable, but will last longer as well.
The affordable candles have been a massive hit with shoppers, particularly the pomegranate fragrance, with many praising them for being "great value for money" and "exceeding expectations."
"Wonderful product & price, makes other”premium” suppliers look criminal!", raved one happy shopper.
"This candle is totally amazing and such great value and the quality is way beyond my expectations! I already love the fragrance but this I just want to display and not burn - it’s just too beautiful!", praised a second.
"I love this product , only seen this kind of size candle at expensive stores costing 10 times as much . This rivals all of those in every way. Smells amazing", commented a third.
"Smells just like the JM candle but a fraction of the price. Burns evenly and lasts for ages. Have bought two as Christmas gifts", said a fourth happy shopper.
