Budget supermarket Aldi has shoppers obsessed with its latest SpecialBuy item, which customers say helps them sleep better.
Aldi’s SpecialBuys often prove popular with shoppers, many of whom await Thursdays and Sundays to see what they’ll be able to get their hands on. Recently, SpecialBuy products have included everything from hanging egg chairs to hot tubs - but this time, it's the retailer’s Easy Home White Air Purifier with LED that’s catching shoppers’ eyes.
The purifier is said to remove dust, smoke, odours and pollutants from your home. The LED functionality lights up in different colours to indicate air quality. The product is priced at £69.99.

The Air Purifier features a 3-in-1 filter system, sleep mode, ion function, grid filter, EPA filter and activated carbon filter, as well as an air quality sensor. It also has a timer with automatic shut-off and one, two, four or eight hour short-term operation.
The popular Specialbuy has racked up a number of five star reviews on the Aldi website. One reviewer said: “Easy to use. I brought this a few weeks [ago] and it was the best thing I ever brought it is easy to use and it helps me to breathe and sleep better at night”.
A second wrote: “Easy to use. Brought it for my house as we are having a complete refurbishment and it is very dusty. Best buy ever.” A third added: “good value for money and works really well, refreshes the room.”
Another excited shopper said: “Easy to Use, Works Well, Good Value. Works well And is very good value. I had no problems getting replacement filters. Phoned customer service number on box quoted model number and ordered spare filters.”
