Aldi reveals exact date Ninja air fryer dupes will be restocked after selling out in MINUTES

Earlier this morning, the Aldi website and app crashed as more than 187,000 people rushed to try and buy the supermarket's cheap Ninja air fryer dupe. Shoppers set their alarms for the crack of dawn in the hope of getting one of the air fryers, which are priced at £89.99 each.

Aldi's air fryer costs £140 less than the Ninja air fryer. Ninja currently has a Black Friday sale on which has seen the price of air fryers slashed by £90.

Tens of thousands of people were left bitterly disappointed as the air fryers sold out in minutes. Shoppers reported queues of over 187,000 people, with many stuck on an online waiting list page.

People rushed to Twitter to express their rage and disappointment However, it's not all bad news if you do want an Aldi air fryer.

The retailer has announced it will be restocking the Ninja air fryer dupe in its stores. If you want one, you'll need to head to your local Aldi supermarket for opening time on Sunday November 13 - a week from now.

It's not yet known if Aldi will be restocking the air fryers on its website. Luckily, Argos has a smaller, similar version of the Ninja air fryer that costs £75 - making it £15 cheaper than Aldi's.

Argos' cheapest air fryer costs £45 and has hundreds of glowing five-star reviews. One five-star reviewer wrote: "Didn't really know anything about air fryers so was a bit dubious about buying one.,but so glad i did.We haven't used our conventional oven for weeks now.At first i thought the draw looked a bit too small but now having used it for a few weeks it is ideal for two people. It's so easy too use and clean.Got it for a great price at argos."

Another said: "I am delighted with this purchase. I am amazed how many different foods you can cook in this appliance. I've not used my oven or grill since I purchased it."

A third added: "I've been trying to get one of these are some time now, managed to get one and I am so pleased with it. I wish that I had gotten one ages ago."

Other shoppers have ditched air fryers altogether after finding an 'even better' and 'more versatile' appliance. Multi-cookers allow you to cook dishes and items from soups to risottos and even yoghurt with one touch of a button. And many multi-cookers are much cheaper than an air fryer.

The Ambiano Multi Cooker has become a firm favourite with Aldi fans but at the time of writing, it remains out of stock, though there are alternatives out there.

Argos is selling one for £60 with rave reviews from shoppers. It has five-star reviews from more than 300 people who own the product.

Argos also has a sale on a Ninja Multi cooker at the moment. The Ninja Foodi 7.5L Multi Pressure Cooker Air Fryer Dehydrator is down to £200 from £230 on the Argos website.

Studio is selling the 20-in-1 5 Litre Stainless Steel Digital Touch Control Multi Cooker for a budget price of £45. Currys has a £ 49.99 model which has also racked up hundreds of five-star reviews.
