Aldi shoppers faced mayhem across the country this morning as Prime went on sale for the first time ever in the shop.
Normally the viral hydration drink, created by YouTubers KSI and Logan Paul, has only been stocked in Asda - until today. Aldi introduced the trendy drink to its shelves as a Special Buy item this morning, going on sale at £1.99 per bottle.
But with restrictions put in place, meaning one person can only buy three bottles at a time, queues for the drink took over the stores. One social media user shared a clip of a branch in Liverpool, as queues were backed up the aisles.

Every customer in the checkout queue had hold of three different flavours of the drink each, sticking to the restrictions.
The audio of the clip captures a woman saying "It's just an energy drink" - but the voice came from somewhere within the long queue. It comes as people on Twitter have complained of "absolute carnage" while trying to buy a bottle for themselves. Despite scenes of chaos being described on social media, the queue at the Liverpool store seemed quite calm as everyone waited patiently to pay for their products.
Speaking to the ECHO, one employee at an Aldi in Wirral said: "We had a long queue of about 60 kids outside the door from 7.30am. We did one flavour per customer so three maximum. We lined them all up on the till belts so there was no fighting getting them off the shelves.
"There were four cashiers and three bottles per customer so they were all gone by 8.05am."
