Aldi has today revealed a brand new ‘Aldi Originals’ range and social media is going crazy. Featuring hoodies, joggers and trainers, the sportswear-inspired range will make wearers the envy of the middle aisle and beyond.
Available to pre-order online this Sunday and in stores from Thursday, November 24, the range is limited edition. And as with all Specialbuys when they’re gone, they’re gone.
Aldi described the drop as "its most daring campaign yet". It sees the discount supermarket join the likes of retailers Lidl and Greggs with the launch of its own branded clothing range.
So far, over 47,000 have taken to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to express their excitement, using the hashtag #AldiOriginals and #Aldidas. Seen on the likes of Tommy Fury, previous Aldimania ranges sold out in just hours.
Aldi teased the range on their social media channels, tweeting out a picture of models in the range with the caption 'We can’t say it, so you’ll have to'. Another Tweet read 'Amazing is possible', with a picture of the funky trainers included in the range.
