Major supermarket chains across Scotland and the rest of the UK have been forced to implement a new ban in their stores that will affected every shopper.
Restrictions on where supermarkets can now display junk food came into force last weekend, October 1, and it affects some of the countries biggest retailers, including Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Asda, Tesco and M&S.
The ban, implemented by The Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC), means that shops can no longer display products high in fat, salt and sugar (HFSS) in prominent locations such as shop entrances and till areas.
