Jaffa cake and tea lovers will be pleased to hear that Aldi has combined the two in a brand new range of biscuit flavoured teas. In a supermarket first, the budget retailer has launched its very own Diplomat Jaffa Tea.
Priced at £1.49 for a box of 40 bags, shoppers can get their hands on the new brew in stores from May 15 - adding a whole new level to the age-old debate of “is it a cake or a biscuit?”. A description of the concoction reads: "The rich chocolate flavours are followed by a zesty aromatic orange, reminiscent of biting into a Jaffa orange cake."
But Jaffa Cake isn't the only flavour customers will be able to try. Aldi is also launching two other teas: Diplomat Salted Caramel Tea and Diplomat Biscuit Tea - both costing £1.49 for 40 bags.
