Aldi shoppers described "absolute carnage" as they tried to get their hands on a bottle of Prime this morning.
Until now Asda has been the only UK supermarket to stock the viral hydration drink, created by YouTubers KSI and Logan Paul. Aldi said the product will be on its shelves from today, December 29, as part of its Specialbuy offers.
In a statement, Aldi said: "The viral hydration drink created by two popular YouTube stars, KSI and Logan Paul, is available to buy for just £1.99 in Aldi stores nationwide on December 29. The drink will be a Specialbuy – and as with all Specialbuys, once they’re gone, they’re gone!"

But due to the drink's popularity, the store implemented a restriction of three bottles per customer. The statement continued: "The supermarket is expecting high demand so a purchase limit of one of each variant per customer has been set to ensure as many people as possible get the opportunity to buy the product."
But shoppers were faced with chaos as they headed to the stores this morning. One user showed a video of an Aldi aisle with shoppers screaming and shouting as they tried to get their hands on a bottle of the viral drink.
They wrote: "What absolute carnage in @AldiUK for Prime this morning. Managed to get two and then left because that was too much for an early morning!"
Another user added: "@AldiUK #aldi was madness!!! Queues outside, queues inside, kids pocketing the drinks, parents fighting and shoving each other over #Prime all at 8am this morning over the popular drink Prime hydration."
John said: "#Prime sold out in #aldi in 5 minutes legit kids were putting them in their pockets and pushing people out the way. It was mayhem but luckily I got mine."
