It's been revealed that Aldi is the cheapest supermarket in the UK.
The budget-friendly store was awarded the title for the fifth month in a row, after the latest Which? price comparison revealed that the average weekly shop would cost the least there.
On average, shoppers paid £75.59 for a basket full of 48 items from Aldi last month. This narrowly beat Lidl's figure, which came in at £77.68, the Mirror reports.
