Aldi has been crowned the cheapest supermarket in January, a Which? study has revealed.
The consumer champion’s analysis compared the prices of a shop consisting of 45 popular groceries at eight of the UK’s biggest supermarkets, something that is carried out on a monthly basis.
And the most expensive shopping was just under £26 more expensive that the winner. Comparing each store against each other, they revealed a chart showing how much the basket cost on average.
