A Liverpool restaurant is giving away free food this week - but you'll have to be quick.
Many people see January as a month of new beginnings and change, with some quick to banish sweet treats and desserts in favour of more fruit and vegetables and other healthy foods; some take up exercise classes; and others try their hand at learning a new language.
Whether you're for or against new year's resolutions and all the expectations and challenges they can bring, it's safe to say January isn't renowned for being an overly fun month. The cold weather, dark days and lack of disposable income after the fun and sparkle of the festive season can be tough to deal with.

Thankfully, many restaurants are offering huge discounts and savings throughout the month to help people banish the winter blues on a budget. Revolución de Cuba is one such restaurant offering deals during January - including free food.
Revolución de Cuba is giving away free burritos to the first 10 guests who order them this Wednesday, January 18, across all of its venues in the UK.
Customers can choose from a range of fillings, including slow cooked-shredded beef, marinated chicken, and veggie chilli. The restaurant chain is also offering 50% off food for the entire month.
Featuring classic Cuban flavours with a twist, diners can choose from a wide selection of tapas, tacos, sharers, mains and desserts. There's also the chance to double your bar tab - though this is available on a pre-booking basis only.
Revolución de Cuba will double bar tabs up to the value of £1,000 on drinks with friends, booth bookings and table reservations. Revolución de Cuba is based at Unit 17, Albert Dock, Liverpool, L3 4AF.
