Albany Police Department issues BOLO for a man who picked $30 from the floor while shopping at Walmart; faces backlash, says no charges will be filed

The Albany Police Department issued a Be on the Lookout order for a man who apparently picked up $30 from the floor while shopping at Walmart. Sharing a surveillance photo of the man, the police department sought public help in identifying him. Social media made fun of the police department and stood strongly by the unidentified man and said nobody will be snitching about the man even if they know him over $30.
