An Albanian national has won the right to remain in the UK following an appeal that referenced his son’s preference of chicken nuggets.

Klevis Disha has won the right to remain in the UK, with his barrister arguing it would be “unduly harsh” for his 11-year-old son to be sent to Albania, or be left in Britain without his dad.
