Alan Shearer shares every Newcastle United fans' feeling after crucial victory over Leeds United

Alan Shearer Newcastle Newcastle United

Alan Shearer showed his is just like every other Newcastle United by refusing to get ahead of himself after Jonjo Shelvey put the Magpies 1-0 up against Leeds.

Shelvey's free-kick 15 minutes from time was enough to secure United only their second win of the season, and keep them within touch of safety.

Shearer, who will be on Match of the Day this evening, was filmed by Gary Lineker in the immediate moments after Shelvey's goal - and far from looking excited, the Toon legend looked a tad nervous.
