A few days ago, the irritated brother of a Texan bride took to social media to share that one of his sister’s wedding vendors, an Alabama makeup artist, had cancelled a month before the destination wedding. For him, the problem wasn’t the cancellation, but that the makeup artist seemed to have lied and asked for money. In a calm but fiery post on Instagram and TikTok, Billy Roosa used screenshots of emails to share his perspective of the situation.
According to Billy, the conflict began when the makeup artist, Alexis, messaged his sister Katherine. He read out the email, “Hey Katherine, I have some unfortunate news, and I’m so sorry to deliver this a month before your wedding, but our Montana bride the weekend before just let us know she has to cancel her wedding. So, it really leaves me in a pickle.”
