Papa Rags (@ragspartyof5) is sparking a wave of laughter after sharing a chaotic story of getting his grandson into school. “My job as a grandpa is to get him wired with sugar before he goes to school,” he exclaimed. So, the grandson got Dr. Pepper and skittles as breakfast. But as soon as the little boy took the first sip, all hell broke lose.
