Al Roker has been released from hospital after suffering blood clots in his legs and lungs, with his wife Deborah Roberts sharing a heart-warming tribute to Al's medical team.
The Today Show host, 68, is now recovering at home with his family and 62-year-old Deborah said they are "beyond thankful" for the help Al has received.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Deborah shared a sweet throwback picture of herself and her husband.
The ABC anchor captioned the post: "On this Thursday we are beyond thankful for beautiful, caring family and friends and the power of a brilliant medical team.
"Looking back at this long ago celebration with @alroker , I cherish the happy moments and look forward to so very many more. What a strong man."
She finished her message by writing: "Blessed and grateful are the words defining our life today."
Deborah then shared a second post and said: "Home. Where the heart lives."
Al also shared a picture of himself smiling at home as he gave fans an update on his condition.
"Home! So incredibly grateful to family, friends, medical folks, @todayshow family and all your thoughts and prayers," he wrote.
Al's Today show co-host Savanna Guthrie commented: "CUTIES!! Right where you belong."
The Weather Channel presenter Stephanie Abrams wrote: "Welcome home," while journalist Katie Couric added a series of red heart emojis.
Fans also offered their well-wishes, with one person commenting: "Wow! You had us worried for a moment, But We PRAYED!! Ok, Mr. Roker… Get well and STAY WELL!! We Still Need You."
Another added: "So glad to see your smiling face!"
Al's health problems forced him to miss this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade for the first time in 27 years.
The NBC star has presented the annual parade since 1995 and fans were devastated by his absence.
Al was admitted to hospital last month after suffering from a blood clot in his leg which sent some clots into his lungs.
Taking to Instagram at the time, he wrote: "After some medical whack-a-mole, I am so fortunate to be getting terrific medical care and on the way to recovery."
