New Delhi: Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav on Monday offered his support to Aam Aadmi Party for the upcoming Delhi Assembly Polls.
According to Dynamite News correspondent, he offered his support to AAP while addressing a 'Mahila Adalat' event at Thyagaraj Stadium in the national cpaital.
'Mahila Samman Yojana'
Akhilesh Yadav also heaped praise on the 'Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana' announced by the AAP governemnt in Delhi under which eligible women above the age of 18 will be offered monthly financial assistance of Rs 1,000. The amount would be increaded if AAP retured to power.

"The scheme would give respect to women and empower them," Akhilesh Yadav said while addressing the gathering.
He also criciticed the BJP-led centre government over law and order sitaution of Delhi.

Akhilesh Yadav also offered his full support to the initiative for women's safety and empowerment. Delhi Chief Minister Atishi, Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh and other leaders of AAP also attended the event.
