Airdrie hand out lifetime bans as individual barred by Diamonds for 'homophobic abuse'

Airdrie Diamonds Cove Rangers Cove

Airdrie have punished individuals with lifetime bans following a League One match with Cove Rangers.

The Diamonds have also barred another for online homophobic abuse.

It comes after Airdrie had announced they were working with Police Scotland after Cove fans were 'attacked' in the aftermath of a 1-1 draw between the pair last month.
