A woman has told how she spent her 30th birthday undergoing life saving surgery. Olivia Bartlett should have been celebrating with friends but instead was in resuss in hospital after being rushed there by ambulance.
Now the 30-year-old is raising awareness on hidden and chronic illnesses after she was left severely ill due to her own condition. And she is hoping to support others who have gone through similar experiences to her own.
Olivia has had Type 1 Diabetes for 15 years. But her life changed after she was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease following a series of unbearable symptoms, reports Belfast Live.
