AIIMS urges Delhi Govt to establish referral system for emergency patients

AIIMS New Delhi

NEW DELHI: To improve the quality of care for emergency patients, AIIMS has asked the Delhi government to establish a referral system for trauma patients needing emergency care.

This comes after the institute has paired with the state government run Indira Gandhi hospital in Dwarka and NDMC’s Charak hospital for distribution of patient load at the premiere institute.
