Aidan O'Shea has paid tribute to his friend and Mayo teammate Lee Keegan days after the legendary defender retired.
Keegan decided to call it a day after an illustrious Mayo career and will undoubtedly go down as the county's greatest ever player.
Keegan scooped the player of the year award back in 2016 and won five All-Stars. in the process.
And O'Shea has remained tight lipped on the retirement as he was holidaying abroad with his partner in South Africa.
But the Breaffy man took to social media, sharing snaps of the pair both together and in battle when playing for their clubs.
O'Shea said: " Always a good day knowing this machine was beside you....but not so much when he was the opposition!
"What an incredible player @leeroykeegan has been... absolute pleasure to have shared the journey with you both on and off the field my man!
"Enjoy Retirement!"
