AIB is urgently warning all customers about a taxi scam that is seeing some customers part with their cards after being tricked by criminals.
The "strange" trick sees a fraudster, pretending to be from AIB, calling or texting you to tell you your card details are already in the wrong hands of criminals and AIB have arranged for a taxi to collect your card from you.
It has already tricked some people with the bank sending out a warning to all customers about the trick.
