AI prescription: Infosys bags seven-year deal to upgrade Fortis-owner IHH's network

Fortis Healthcare-owner IHH Healthcare has given Infosys a large seven-year deal to develop and deploy an AI-driven enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform that is expected to consolidate purchases and lower costs for the global hospital operator, top company executives told ET.

The project is the first step in a process that could see the Malaysia-listed IHH outsource its finance and accounting functions.
