Highlights so far include; AI home robots, AI assistants and 3D monitors.
Artificial intelligence is of course featuring heavily throughout the convention, including in new home robots from LG and Samsung.
Plus, there’s a new AI assistant produced by company Rabbit, called the ‘R1’.
The event organisers, the Consumer Technology Association, said a “record-breaking” number of start-up firms are in attendance this year and up to 130,000 people are expected to visit.
The Artemis programme will see the construction of the Lunar Gateway, a new space station where astronauts will be able to live and work.
As part of the programme, Nasa had planned to return astronauts to the surface of the Moon in 2025 for the first time since the last Apollo mission in 1972.
However, the Artemis 3 mission is now being pushed back to September 2026 - to make safety a “top priority”.
Scientists have made a discovery which could alter our understanding of dark energy & the universe.
We hear from Professor Mark Sullivan from the University of Southampton and one of the astrophysicists part of the Dark Energy Survey which uncovered the findings.
